With an early start in technology in CA & TX building Development, Support & Tech centers, I later invested & developed in the restaurant sector and built 5 restaurant brands. Today I use this experience to help investors in the real estate market with a dedication to my favorite industry – Real Estate. I have been a real estate investor since buying my first home at the age of 22 in San Diego. Over time I remodeled homes, built custom homes, or simply bought and sold investment homes.

I even rehabbed a historical building in San Francisco which would become the Corporate Headquarters for Hamilton Taft and the then newbie, Genentech.
